Who Is Responsible?

Art-Toys CommV, trading as Tiny-FX, is the controller of your personal data. Our company and contact details are above. For privacy questions or requests, email hello@tiny-fx.com.

Data We Process

We process details you provide, such as your name, email address, message and any product reference. For quotations and orders, this may also include telephone, billing and delivery details, business or VAT details, order history, invoices and bank-transfer payment references.

The current website contact form has no file-upload field. If you send photos, drawings or other files by email during an inquiry, we process their contents only as needed for that inquiry or order. Please avoid unnecessary personal or sensitive information.

Website and security requests may involve IP addresses, browser information, requested URLs, access times and diagnostic information. We also remember a language you select using the cookie described in our Cookie Policy.

Purposes and Legal Bases

We use inquiry, quotation and order information to take steps at your request before an agreement and to perform the agreement. Invoice and transaction records are used to meet accounting and other legal obligations.

We rely on legitimate interests for ordinary correspondence outside a contract, website operation and security, preventing abuse and handling or defending claims, while considering your rights and interests. If a use requires consent, we request it separately; you may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Contact Forms and Communication

The contact form sends your name, email, message and any product reference directly to Formspree, which processes the submission and delivers it to us. Formspree may process technical request data for delivery and security. You may instead contact us by email or telephone. We use your information to respond and follow up; submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

Orders, Payments and Shipping

We use information needed to confirm and fulfil orders, communicate with you and keep required records. Payment is currently by bank transfer. We do not collect payment-card details through this website. Where needed for delivery, we share recipient and delivery information with the selected carrier, which may be bpost, GLS or UPS.

Infrastructure and Recipients

Vercel hosts the website and processes the technical requests needed to deliver it. Product images are delivered through our server. The contact form is handled by Formspree, rather than stored by the frontend in the product CMS.

Data may also be shared, where necessary, with our bank for payments, accounting advisers for legal records, and authorities where legally required. Access is limited to what is needed for the relevant purpose. We do not sell your personal data.

International Processing

Formspree and Vercel may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. This is subject to applicable GDPR transfer requirements, such as an applicable adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses and any necessary additional safeguards. Retention

We keep inquiry information as long as needed to answer and follow up. Customer, order and payment records are retained as needed for fulfilment, warranty, accounting and legal obligations. Files are kept as needed for the inquiry, project or related obligations. Technical records are retained for operation, security and troubleshooting. Relevant information may be kept longer for a dispute or legal obligation, then deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.

Your Rights

Subject to applicable legal conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent for processing based on consent. Contact hello@tiny-fx.com to exercise your rights. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity.

You may lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority or another competent supervisory authority. You may contact us first, but this is not a condition for making a complaint.

Cookies and External Links

Tiny-FX currently uses no advertising or behavioural tracking cookies and has no analytics or tracking scripts. Fonts and project media are served by the website rather than embedded from external providers. If you follow an external link or submit the form to Formspree, that service’s own privacy information also applies.

Policy Changes

We may update this policy when our services or data processing change. The date at the top identifies the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated where required.
